Analco Producto Termoconformado

Thermoformed EVA and PU insoles

At Analco, we understand that every step counts. Our thermoformed insoles are designed to significantly improve the characteristics of your footwear, reducing impact during walking and promoting natural foot strike. Whether for sports, hiking or casual footwear, our insoles offer the perfect combination of comfort, support and durability.

DORECO: Innovation and Comfort
Analco’s thermoformed insoles are mainly composed of DORECO, our proprietary EVA material known for its exceptional shock absorption capacity and low stiffness. These properties allow the insoles to absorb impacts transmitted to the tibia, significantly enhancing comfort by evenly distributing pressure across the foot’s surface. In addition to EVA, the insoles can incorporate natural materials, such as cork heel cushions, making them high performance and sustainable products.

PU Foam: Breathability and hygiene
In addition to the DORECO material, we also use PU foam, a material known for its breathability. This feature is essential for keeping feet cool and dry, especially during prolonged activities. PU foam can incorporate antibacterial agents, which helps to prevent odours and maintain optimal hygiene inside the footwear.

Outstanding features

  • Anatomy: Our insoles are designed to follow the natural shape of the foot, providing support and comfort in all critical areas.
  • Versatility: They can be adapted to different types of footwear, from sports to casual and hiking shoes, thanks to the possibility of combining different densities within the same insole.
  • Lightweight: Made with high quality materials, our insoles are lightweight, which contributes to a feeling of lightness when walking or running.
  • Customisation: They come lined in different materials according to the customer’s needs, including leather, leather, fabrics and microfibres.

Innovation in cushioning: TERCOLITE
One of the most advanced developments by our team is the viscoelastic material TERCOLITE. This material has been designed following strict biomechanical criteria and has been studied by the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia (IBV). TERCOLITE is characterised by its low stiffness and high impact absorption capacity. As the load frequency increases, its cushioning capacity also increases, which significantly reduces injuries caused by impacts on the heel.
