Pu soles and footbeds

Analco has established itself as a national leader in the production of polyurethane (PU) soles and insoles, integrating cutting-edge technology and optimized processes to offer functional and ergonomic solutions. Our R&D department develops innovative materials such as BD, which combine low density with excellent physical-mechanical properties, and dual-density systems that improve abrasion resistance, reduce weight, and optimize the structural flexibility of the footwear.

The versatility of our processes allows us to integrate multiple materials into a single production line, highlighting technical combinations such as rubber-PU and TPU-PU. We also offer a wide range of technical finishes, including wood or sole effects, which not only add aesthetic value, but also increase wear resistance and extend the lifespan of the final product. These capabilities position Analco as a company with one of the most complete offerings in the market.

Polyurethane, with its high mechanical resistance, cushioning ability, and adaptability to various applications, forms the foundation of our solutions. Our production processes are focused on efficiency and sustainability, minimizing waste and emissions. Through a thorough quality control system at every stage of manufacturing, we guarantee a final product that meets the highest standards in the technical footwear sector.

Thermoformed soles

Analco’s thermoformed insoles are designed to optimize footwear functionality, providing superior cushioning, anatomical support, and durability. Suitable for sports, casual, or hiking footwear, they are developed to reduce the impact with each step, facilitating a natural foot lift. These insoles significantly enhance the user experience thanks to their ergonomic design and high-performance materials.

The main material used is DORECO, a proprietary EVA with excellent shock absorption capabilities and low stiffness, allowing for even pressure distribution across the foot and a noticeable reduction in fatigue. Natural components such as cork heel inserts are also incorporated, reinforcing the focus on sustainability. As a complement, PU foam provides breathability, thermal comfort and antibacterial properties, essential to maintain footwear hygiene during prolonged use.

Anatomical rubber-cork insoles

Analco’s anatomical rubber-cork insoles are made with 100% natural materials such as cork and rubber, wich offer durability, flexibility, and sustainability. Lined with selected leathers and suedes, these insoles combine comfort, functionality, and a carefully crafted aesthetic. Their ergonomic design ensures optimal foot adaptation, making them suitable for a wide range of footwear.

The range includes multiple models adapted to different needs, such as heel inserts with shanks for high heels, which enhance support and distribute pressure, and insoles with sponge filling for comfortable footwear. Additionally, Analco has developed an innovative rubber-cork insole version with a low-density and low-hardness core, reducing weight without compromising comfort, providing a lighter and more natural step.

These insoles stand out for their natural cushioning properties, anatomical adaptability, wear resistance, and hygienic benefits thanks to the antibacterial properties of cork and rubber. Their versatility makes them suitable for sandals, high heels, sports footwear, and more. All of this aligns with Analco’s commitment to sustainability, using renewable resources that minimize environmental impact without sacrificing technical performance.

EVA sheets

Analco’s EVA sheets stand out for their versatility and lightness, qualities that make them ideal for a wide range of applications. Thanks to their foamed structure, they offer excellent cushioning and shock absorption capacity, making them especially useful in the production of footwear and orthopedic insoles. Available in multiple colors, thicknesses, and sizes, they adapt to both technical and aesthetic needs.

In addition to their use in footwear, EVA sheets are essential in sectors such as orthopedics, flooring (especially in gyms and play areas), and also in construction and automotive industries, where they are used as insulators or functional components. Their combination of lightness, durability, and adaptability makes them an effective solution for demanding environments.

On the other hand, crepelina sheets represent a high-performance option for the footwear industry, especially for outsoles and midsoles. Made from low-density materials, they achieve an optimal balance between lightness, durability, and wear resistance. Analco continuously drives innovation through its Product Development Department, ensuring that both EVA and crepelina sheets meet the highest quality and performance standards in the market.
